RahisiBook builds and installs online booking systems for salons, spas and parlours in Kenya. This page explains what information we handle and why.
Information we collect
- From you (a business owner): your name, business name, phone number, email address, and the services, prices and hours you ask us to set up.
- From your clients, through your booking page: name, phone number, the service chosen, and the date and time booked.
How we use it
- To set up, run and support your booking system.
- To show bookings to you and to the client who made them.
- To contact you about your project, for example on WhatsApp or by email.
We do not sell personal information.
Your clients' data
The spa or salon decides what to do with its clients' booking details. RahisiBook handles that data only to provide the booking system. If you are a client and want your details corrected or removed, please contact the spa or salon first, or write to us and we will help.
Sharing
We use third-party services, such as hosting, database and messaging providers (for example WhatsApp), to run the system. They process information only so the service can work. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Keeping information safe and how long
We use reasonable measures to protect information and keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal duties. Business owners can ask us to delete their data when they stop using the service.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you may object to how it is used. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Cookies and local storage
Our website stores small items in your browser, such as your light or dark theme and whether you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not use them to track you across other sites.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
