Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the RahisiBook website or ask us to set up a booking system for your business.
What we provide
We build and install a booking system for your spa, salon or parlour. The features, such as your booking page, owner dashboard, client "My bookings" page and WhatsApp confirmations, are as agreed with you before work starts.
Fees
The installation and setup fee is KES 15,000, paid once. Any extra work or ongoing costs, such as a domain name or hosting, will be agreed with you in advance.
What we need from you
- Accurate details about your business, services and prices.
- Permission to use any names, logos or photos you give us.
- Lawful use of the system, including having your clients' consent to be contacted about their bookings.
Third-party services
The system may rely on services such as WhatsApp and web hosting. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those providers.
Availability
We aim to keep the system working well but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, RahisiBook is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or income. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Ending the service
Either of us may end the arrangement by telling the other in writing. Fees already paid for completed setup work are not refundable unless we agree otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
